How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code during checkout before completing your order.
Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
No. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Why is my discount code not working?
Check the spelling, validity period, minimum order value and promotion conditions. Codes may only apply to selected products or periods.
Can a promotion be cancelled or rejected?
Yes. Pro Keepers Line may reject or cancel vouchers, discount codes or promotions in cases of misuse, technical errors or obvious mistakes.
