Returns outside EU countries

Return is only possible if you inform us by email.

Return is only possible with DHL Express.

After your email contact with us, we will arrange for DHL Express to collect your return shipment.

The return costs are €29.95.

Upon receipt of the payment, we will instruct DHL Express to collect your return.

Note: There is no other option to return goods outside of EU countries due to European customs rules.

All goods supplied by Pro Keepers Line are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty.

Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We do not exchange goods. You will have to place a separate order for replacements, and shipping and return costs will be borne by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that have been personalized unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging. For example, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected upon return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.

We will refund the value of the returned goods, minus shipping costs and additional costs due to certain payment methods, within 21 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are deemed damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
