Accessibility Statement
Pro Keepers Line GmbH is committed to making its online shop at www.prokeepersline.com accessible to everyone. This statement applies to all pages of the online shop, including search, product pages, shopping cart, customer account and checkout.
The legal basis is Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), implemented in Germany by the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and in the Netherlands by the Besluit toegankelijkheidsvoorschriften producten en diensten. The benchmark is the EN 301 549 standard together with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Description of the service
In the online shop you can browse goalkeeper gloves and goalkeeper equipment, add them to your cart, order as a guest or with a customer account, and pay. All information about products, prices, shipping, payment and returns is available as text. If you have questions, you can reach us by e-mail; on request we will provide information in a format that is accessible to you.
Compliance status
The online shop is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1, Level AA. The following content is currently not accessible, or only to a limited extent:
- Some product images do not yet have a meaningful alternative text. We are adding these continuously.
- Embedded third-party content (payment pages of PayPal and Mollie/Klarna, the Trustpilot review widget) is outside our control and may not be fully operable by keyboard.
- Invoices and other documents in PDF format may not be fully accessible. On request you will receive the content in an accessible format.
How to use the shop
- The shop is designed for keyboard operation: Tab and Shift+Tab move between elements, Enter or Space activates, Escape closes dialogues and menus.
- Pages can be enlarged up to 200 % without loss of content. The layout adapts to screen size and text size.
- Headings, lists, form fields and buttons are labelled for screen readers. Input errors are described in text.
- Text and controls meet the Level AA contrast requirements.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 10 September 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. The core processes – home page, search, product page, cart and checkout – were tested with automated tools (Lighthouse, axe-core) and checked manually for contrast, structure and operability. We review this statement at least once a year and after significant changes to the shop.
