Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include options such as PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA and other local payment methods.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped after successful receipt or confirmation of payment.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is included with every order. If you need the invoice as a PDF, contact us by email and we will send it to you.
Can a payment method be unavailable?
Yes. Individual payment methods may not be available in every case, depending on country, payment provider or order checks.
