Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pro Keepers Line GmbH, Industriestraat 34, 5931 PJ Tegelen, The Netherlands, email: info@prokeepersline.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.prokeepersline.com/widerruf. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

For returns within the EU, we do not provide a free return label. Please return the goods to us with sufficient postage, securely packaged and, where possible, with tracking.
Returns from outside the EU can be sent to our return address at your own expense (please mark the parcel as returned goods), or you can ask us by email at info@prokeepersline.com to arrange a UPS collection. The collection costs 29.95 EUR; we book it once payment has been received.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, we will refund the price of the returned items; we will refund delivery costs to the extent that they would not have been incurred, or would have been lower, without the withdrawn items.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order.
Please examine the goods as you would in a shop (e.g. try gloves on, but do not wear them in training or a match), and return them complete and clean where possible.
Please do not use the original packaging (e.g. the shoe box) as a shipping box and do not stick labels on it or write on it. This is not a condition for withdrawal.
Depending on the bank, credit card provider or payment service provider, it may take a few working days after our refund for the amount to be credited to your account.
Please keep the proof of posting and the tracking number until your return has been processed.
