Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In the case of an order for multiple goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this purchase contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercise of the withdrawal right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this purchase contract in full, we will refund the purchase price to you.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, we will only refund the purchase price of the returned products.
We will arrange the repayment without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. Depending on the bank, credit card provider or payment service provider, it may take a few additional working days for the amount to be credited to your account.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge any fees for the repayment.
We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you received the goods.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For returns within the EU, we do not provide a free return label. Please return the goods to us with sufficient postage, securely packaged and, where possible, with tracking.
For returns from outside the EU, please contact us in advance at info@prokeepersline.com. The costs for this amount to 29.95 EUR and are to be borne by the customer. After receipt of payment, we will create a UPS label.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please keep the proof of posting and the tracking number.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different size or product, please place a new order.
Please return the goods complete, clean, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please do not use the original packaging, in particular shoe boxes, as a shipping carton and do not affix any labels or markings to it.
The goods may only be inspected to the extent that would also be possible in a retail store. Use of the goods beyond this inspection is not permitted.
In the case of used, soiled, damaged or incomplete goods as well as damaged original packaging, we may demand compensation for diminished value. If the goods can no longer be resold as new due to their condition, the compensation for diminished value may amount to up to 100% of the purchase price.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
