Would you like to return an item? Here you will find all the important information about the returns process. Your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal and your rights in the event of defective goods, remain of course unaffected.

2. Return Period
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After you have informed us of the withdrawal, please return the goods without delay and at the latest within a further 14 days.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you dispatch the goods before the return period expires.
3. Returns within the EU
For returns within the EU, please return the goods to our return address independently and with sufficient postage.
We do not provide a free return label for returns within the EU. You shall bear the direct costs of the return.
We recommend shipping with tracking. Please keep the proof of posting and the tracking number until your return has been processed.
4. Returns from outside the EU
For returns from countries outside the EU, please contact us in advance by e-mail at info@prokeepersline.com.
In certain cases, we can arrange a return or collection via UPS. The costs for this amount to 29.95 EUR and are to be borne by the customer.
After receipt of payment, we will instruct UPS to collect your return.
Please clearly mark the parcel as returned goods. Incorrect or missing customs declarations may lead to delays, additional costs or rejection by customs authorities.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
Please return the goods complete, clean, undamaged and, where possible, in the original packaging.
The original packaging, in particular shoe boxes, must not be used as a shipping carton. Please do not affix any shipping labels, adhesive tape or markings directly to the original packaging.
The goods may only be inspected to the extent that would also be possible in a retail store. Use of the goods beyond this inspection is not permitted.
We inspect every return upon receipt. In the case of used, soiled, damaged or incomplete goods as well as damaged original packaging, we may deduct compensation for diminished value from the refund amount.
If the goods can no longer be resold as new due to their condition, the compensation for diminished value may amount to up to 100% of the purchase price.
6. Responsibility during Return Shipping
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.
Please pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transport. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
7. Refund
After receiving your withdrawal declaration, we will arrange the refund without delay and at the latest within 14 days.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.
In the event of a complete withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price including the cheapest standard delivery costs. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by you will not be refunded.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, we will only refund the purchase price of the returned products. Delivery, shipping, packaging, administration and handling costs will not be refunded in the event of a partial withdrawal.
Depending on the bank, credit card provider or payment service provider, it may take a few additional working days for the amount to be credited to your account.
8. No Direct Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different size or product, please place a new order in our online shop.
9. Personalised Products
Personalised products, for example printed goalkeeper gloves or products that have been manufactured according to your individual specifications, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided there is no defect.
Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
10. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning it at info@prokeepersline.com.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, attach photos of the issue. This will allow us to examine your concern more quickly.
The statutory warranty rights apply to all products supplied by Pro Keepers Line. Any manufacturer's guarantee applies additionally and does not restrict your statutory rights.
